1. General Ticket Rules

MyGiliFastBoat.com acts as the primary booking platform and point of contact for all ticket-related matters, including ticket changes, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and booking assistance.
All ticket-related requests must be submitted through MyGiliFastBoat.com. Requests made directly to boat operators may not be recognized or processed.

 

2. Ticket Confirmation

• A ticket is considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and an electronic ticket (E-ticket) has been issued.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all ticket details immediately after receiving confirmation.

• Any errors must be reported as soon as possible before the scheduled departure time.

 

3. Ticket Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to change travel dates, routes, or passenger details are subject to availability.

• Change or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

• MyGiliFastBoat.com reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any request based on ticket type, timing, and operational conditions.

• Additional fees or fare differences may apply.

• Promotional or discounted tickets may be non-changeable.

 

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within the time limits specified at the time of booking.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in ticket forfeiture.

• Eligibility for refunds, if any, is governed by the applicable Refund Policy.

 

5. Check-In and Boarding

• Passengers are required to check in at least 30–45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• Late arrival at the check-in point may result in denied boarding without refund.

• If a passenger is unsure about the check-in location or cannot locate the check-in office, they must immediately contact MyGiliFastBoat.com for assistance before the check-in deadline.

• Final boarding decisions rest with the boat operator for safety and operational reasons.

 

6. No-Show Policy

• Passengers who fail to check in on time or do not appear for departure may be considered no-shows.

• No-show tickets are generally non-refundable.

• MyGiliFastBoat.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from no-show situations.

 

7. Weather, Sea Conditions, and Exceptional Circumstances

Fast boat services are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, port restrictions, and other operational factors.

In cases of adverse weather, force majeure events, medical emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the passenger’s control, MyGiliFastBoat.com may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or refunds in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

 

8. Passenger Responsibilities and Special Items

• Passengers must ensure that all personal and travel information provided is accurate and matches official travel documents.

• Passengers are responsible for complying with check-in times, baggage rules, safety instructions, and boarding procedures.

• Special or oversized items such as surfboards, diving equipment, or other large baggage may be subject to additional fees or restrictions imposed by the Operator.

• The carriage of animals or pets is generally not permitted, unless explicitly approved in advance.

• Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding without compensation.

 

9. Policy Updates

MyGiliFastBoat.com reserves the right to update or modify this Ticket Policy at any time. The policy applicable to your booking is the version in effect at the time the booking was made.
