This Refund Policy applies to all fast boat ticket bookings made through MyGiliFastBoat.com. By completing a booking on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Rules
MyGiliFastBoat.com manages and processes all refund requests for bookings made through our platform.
Refund eligibility, approval, and refund amount are determined by MyGiliFastBoat.com based on the timing of the request, the reason for cancellation, and operational circumstances.
Refund requests made directly to boat operators may not be recognized or processed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including but not limited to:
• The time of the cancellation request relative to the scheduled departure
• The reason for cancellation
• Operational feasibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to approval by MyGiliFastBoat.com.
3. Cancellation Timing
• Cancellation requests must be submitted within the cancellation timeframe specified at the time of booking.
• Late cancellation requests or no-shows are generally not eligible for refunds.
• Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of adverse weather, force majeure events, medical emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the passenger’s control, MyGiliFastBoat.com may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund or rescheduling.
Supporting documentation (such as medical certificates) may be requested.
5. Refund Amount
If a refund is approved, it may be issued as:

The refund amount, if any, is determined based on the timing of the request, operational conditions, and any costs already incurred.
Any service or handling fees charged by MyGiliFastBoat.com are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
6. Refund Fees (Same-Day Cancellation)
For cancellations or refund requests made on the day of departure (same-day requests), an administrative fee may apply.
If a refund is approved for a same-day cancellation, a minimum administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per booking will be deducted from the refundable amount.
This fee covers operational and processing costs and applies regardless of the refund amount, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
• MyGiliFastBoat.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
• No-show or failure to check in on time
• Late cancellation requests outside the allowed timeframe
• Failure to comply with check-in requirements or boarding instructions
• Incorrect personal or travel information provided by the passenger
9. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
MyGiliFastBoat.com reserves the right to reject any refund request that is suspected to involve fraud, false claims, misuse, or abuse of this Refund Policy.
